Love living here ! The staff is super friendly and helpful and it’s right next door to the river and the walking pedestrian bridge that takes you over to KY. The gym is 24hrs there are multiple co-working spaces and the view from the pool deck / court yard is stunning

I'm someone who reads every single review before making a purchase or a big decision. Before moving from the Flood Building to the Pool Building, I was definitely hesitant because of some of the reviews I had read. Now that we've been here since June, I can honestly say we've been pleasantly surprised. Our experience has been very positive. Ryon has been wonderful to work with—every question or concern we've had has been answered quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. We also submitted a maintenance request, and it was handled in a very timely manner. I know reviews can be helpful (I rely on them myself!), so I wanted to share our experience for anyone who may be on the fence. So far, we've been very happy with our decision.
