I'm someone who reads every single review before making a purchase or a big decision. Before moving from the Flood Building to the Pool Building, I was definitely hesitant because of some of the reviews I had read. Now that we've been here since June, I can honestly say we've been pleasantly surprised. Our experience has been very positive. Ryon has been wonderful to work with—every question or concern we've had has been answered quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. We also submitted a maintenance request, and it was handled in a very timely manner. I know reviews can be helpful (I rely on them myself!), so I wanted to share our experience for anyone who may be on the fence. So far, we've been very happy with our decision.

Honestly so glad I moved here. No issues at all and any maintenance has been taken care of quickly. Also was able to get a new fob made same day when I lost my keys 😅 best decision I made was we moving here.

The apartment is in a wonderful location. It is close to the baseball stadium, concert halls, bars and restaurants. The apartment building is well-maintained. The maintenance crew has been very helpful with the few issues I have had (sprayer on kitchen faucet broke and leak under bathroom sink) Maintenance noticed a loose cabinet door and fixed while they were there. Overall, my experts has been positive. I was happy to renew my lease.

I just moved in and have had a great experience so far! The apartment was clean and completely move-in ready. Management has been very friendly and accommodating. I submitted a maintenance request because my water heater wasn’t getting hot enough, and they had it fixed within a day. I’m really looking forward to the summer when the pool opens!

Having traveled the nation and Canada, I have to say living in this particular apartment community has been a very pleasant experience. I feel safe and secure with having to use a key fob or assigned code to access entry. The surrounding area offers not only loads of entertainment but also countless physical ways to stay fit. I’m incredibly pleased with my overall living situation here at Artistry Cincy.
